Post Construction Cleaning

Rough Clean

This initial phase involves clean-up of the rougher portions of construction projects once completed.
- Removal of construction debris from job site
- Powerful vacuums and general sweeping provided to remove dust from floors, wall, and all surfaces to prepare for installations of finishes.

Final Cleaning For Move-In-Ready

This phase is provided after all contractors have completed their work.

Bedroom(s) and All Common Areas

- Sweep/mop/vacuuming floors and walls including hardwoods, tiles, and carpets.
- Dust baseboards, vents, ceiling fans, light fixtures, and ledges
- Clean interior closets and shelvings
- Wipe down doorknobs and light switches
- Remove all cobwebs

Kitchen

- Clean and disinfect countertops
- Clean and wipe down all kitchen appliances including refrigerator, stove, and microwave
- Wipe down all cabinets both inside and outside
- Clean all closets and pantries
- Clean light fixtures
-Sweep/mop/vacuuming floors
- Wipe down doorknobs, appliance handles, and light switches

Bathroom(s)

- Clean and disinfect shower, bathtub, sink, and toilet
- Clean and disinfect countertops
- Clean and wipe down all cabinets both inside and outside
- Wipe down all mirrors and glass fixtures
- Scrap any debris remains from glass material left from stickers and etc.
- Clean tile floors and walls
- Sweep/mop/vacuum floors
- Clean light fixtures
- Wipe down doorknobs and light switches

Last Minute Touch-Ups
